Hanami

The voice of autumn
fills the air
with feathers of sakura
and ume blooms;
altogether, petals waltz
with dandelions
in the breeze.
Beneath the showers
of pink and white
skylarks flit
and embrace the wind.
In the heavens,
swallows await
the homecoming
of nightingales.
